Customers have a 5-day window from the date of receipt to start a return procedure for their order. During this period, customers may initiate a return for any reason.
Electronic board programming:
To maintain the authenticity and quality of our products, we implement stringent control measures, including unique serial numbers for each item and thorough records of production years.
Refunds will not be issued for bespoke, exclusive or discontinued products unless there is an error in order processing by DSW Solutions S.L.U. Please note that certain products are listed as "non-returnable" on their unique product page.
In cases where the delivery or order processing error is attributable to DSW Solutions S.L.U., we will cover the return costs, and the customer will not incur any charges. A full refund for the product will be processed.
Due to our detailed tracking of products through serial numbers, if the item returned does not match the one originally sent, no refund will be issued. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the returned item is the same as the one received.
